TownePlace Suites by Marriott Richland Columbia Point

The hotel is located not far from the airport with plenty of restaurants near by. Rooms are very modern and clean that and air conditioned. Breakfast Buffet had a nice offering from Waffles, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Bread, Muffins, Bagels, Yogurt, Oatmeal, Dry Cereals, Milk, Juice and Coffee. The Hotel has a gym and business center. Staff is extra nice.

I love everything about my stay at TownePlace Suites Richland! My company put me up at this hotel for an extended stay (will be 6 months by the time my work contract is over) and it is like home. It's quiet, I never here folks running through the hallway or talking loudly. I never hear folks television sets in adjacent rooms. The place is clean, safe and staff respects my space. The area is easily accessible to the highway for my work commute and close to various eateries, shopping, and more! On a good day, the views of rolling hills is nice as well as a view of the riverside depending on which side of the hotel you're on. I had the chance to select my rooms and get the chance to see both views. Breakfast options are nice, wish I could take advantage of it more but I also get to cook my own in my room which is a bonus for me. Front desk staff is so nice and pleasant, as a woman of color, they never made me feel unwelcomed in this area. 5-Stars well-earned. I would stay here again if I took another contract in the near future. Minor cons, but no loss of stars for it as out of their control...you will hear the highway traffic drive past, weather lately has been gray but guessing this is Washington weather.

Great staff, rooms are nice and the TVs have built-in YouTube and Netflix so you can sign in and watch your shows with no hassle! Definitely will come back here if my main spot is totally booked

Absolutely perfect room for us. Spotless, well appointed little kitchen, fantastic shower, extremely comfortable bed, full control of the temp vs. having a limiter, and incredible customer service. It fur baby was even welcome. We will definitely stay here again!

Our baseball team recently stayed here for a tournament. The entire staff was amazing and accommodating. Very good service and nice clean rooms. Thank you for hosting us from Idaho!

We had a seven week (minus two days in the middle) stay here from Memorial weekend to mid July due to my husband’s work project. I have never stayed in a hotel that long and I was a bit worried; no need! This hotel is in a great location on the Columbia River with great river walks, parks, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. On the river there is an outlet where people can rent paddle boards, paddle boats, bikes, etc. The hotel itself offers nice sized comfortable rooms with kitchenettes. On property is a decent gym, cheap laundry room, and morning breakfast. I have to give extra kudos to the management and staff as everyone there is helpful, friendly, and genuinely seems happy to be there. The star of this team is Ryli who always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and we felt truly welcomed. Thank you Ryli for making our stay exceptional. Pro tips when staying here: go across the parking lot to Lu Lu Craft Kitchen for the best cheeseburger in the county and bottomless mimosas on Sunday; stroll a little farther (1.2 miles max) to McKinley Springs Winery Tasting Room (excellent red and white option and great management/staff); stroll five minutes more to Sterlings on the River for great food, full bar, and wonderful bartender Cara. Richland WA is a great place to visit for whatever reason.

The reason for the four star rating is that their TV reception is sketchy at best. A lot of buffering when you try to watch anything on Netflix which I like to watch when I'm on the road. I finally had to reboot the TV but it didn't seem to help. I like that it has a kitchen with refrigerator and I was able to cook my own dinner in room. Definitely would stay here again and plan on doing so in the future yes I have a few more business ventures out here in Richland.

We stayed in a corner two-bedroom unit on the highway side of the hotel. The room was very clean but you could tell it needs to be remodeled soon as it does have some age on it. The highway noise goes right through the walls so if you are a light sleeper you will not like to be on that end of the hotel. Apparently a common complaint here is that the TVs don't work. And of course, ours did not. When we called the staff about it, they were very nice and had someone come up as soon as they could to take care of it. The person who did the adjustment was very friendly and very helpful. The hot breakfast is fine. Nothing special but good. Besides the road noise from the highway, the hotel was actually very quiet. We would definitely stay here again but we would probably get on the other end of the hotel this time.
